Unisex Size Palm Circumference X-Small < 18 cm Small 18 - 19.5 cm Medium 19.5 - 21 cm Large 21 - 22.5 cm X-Large 22.5 - 24 cm XX-Large 24 cm + Measure the circumference of your palm at the widest point with your fingers outstretched.
If you're on the border between two sizes and your fingers or wrists are thick, go with the larger size.

Care instructions can be found on the label: Machine wash cold water, lay flat to dry.
Velcro straps should always be closed/secured when gloves/caps are not in use or being washed to prevent warping, bending, and/or collection of debris.
