Refund policy
We hope you will like your rowing gloves as much as we do. If the size is not correct, we can help you exchange them for a better fit. If you would like to return them, you can do so within 30 days of purchase and we will process your refund upon receiving your return. Exchanges and refunds are eligible as long as the gloves have not been used or worn.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled (the shipping label has not been purchased), you can cancel your order through your customer account. If you're unable to cancel through your account, or if you order has been fulfilled but not yet shipped, you can fill out our cancellation request form. A full refund will be issued once the cancellation is processed.
