A grippy palm on right and left hands for feathering both oars. Single gloves with a smooth palm can be ordered if you also sweep row either port or starboard. Great for indoor rowing as well.

    Please note: Our newest models of Scullers and Sweeps have a stronger elastic material on the finger straps than ever before. They may feel tight at first, but will relax slightly in as little as ten minutes of rowing. Before trying them on, we recommend tugging a few times on each elastic finger strap to ensure a comfortable fit for your first row.

    Measure the circumference of your palm at the widest point with your fingers outstretched.

    If you're on the border between two sizes and your fingers or wrists are thick, go with the larger size.

    • Glove Palm: 80% Polyester, 20% Polyurethane
    • Grip: Silicone
    • Fingers and Thumb: Elastic
    • Thumb and Trim: 80% Nylon, 20% Elastane
    • Wrist Closure: Velcro, Bonded Nylon, Elastane

    Care instructions can be found on the label: Machine wash cold water, lay flat to dry.

    Velcro wrist straps should always be closed/secured when gloves are not in use or being washed to prevent warping, bending, and/or collection of debris.

    When machine washing the gloves, we recommend putting them in a delicates bag to further extend their longevity.

Sculling gloves

Have not used them yet- stretched the elastics and donned them and felt my fingers distal to the elastic to be swelling. I have the size small per sizing recommendations. Just don’t want to get on the water and have finger pain due to tourniquet effect…then be trying to get them off while on the water…..so, TBD how happy I’ll be w them

Game changer!

No more blisters and taping fingers! Grip is amazing! This is exactly what I have wanted for years. It’s so great to not have sore spots on my hands, bisters then peeling! Having the tips of fingers free is great and work great in the hot weather. Wish fulfilled!

Fantastic!

These gloves work and are so comfortable. I followed the directions and ordered a size x-small. I was a little nervous that they would be too small, but after breaking them in, takes about 10 min they fit perfectly.

Replaced my 1st pair after 5 years

These gloves protect my hands, but also give me adequate feel of the oar handles. I purchased my first pair over 5 years ago, and they lasted every bit of of those years. I took good care of them, Hand washed and air dried them, made sure they didn't stay in a closed bag if they were damp.
I will keep.using these gloves for time when I need my hands to be blister and callous free, or when I know the handles will be wet.

These gloves have been a game changer for me. I don’t worry about hot summers and hand sweating or rowing behind someone who splashes. Who wants to drop an oar? No one does! I’ll continue to buy these as long as they’re made! I love them!

Blisters free!

Happy not having to deal with blisters anymore!...the only complaint, (but on me), maybe a bit too small, hard to put them on and to take them off, next time I´ll go for the L instead.
How long they´ll last, that is the question now to see if they are worth the money.

Essential for rowing!

I’ve used these sculling gloves for years. I’m on my third pair. I ordered my usual size and they were too small. Paige was incredibly helpful. She asked me to send them back and she immediately sent me the larger size. Still too small. She suggested stretching the elastic by pulling it horizontally, which did the trick. Thanks, Paige!
